Shameless Attempt to Increase Blog Traffic

Notes for Agustin's HW 1004.

1. The .txt file has to be in the same directory as transmit.exe.
2. You have to choose a new .txt file as receive.exe's output file.
3. You have to input the 1's and 0's when receive.exe "hangs".
4. Press ^C when you're done.
